Having written "Vaya'asu Chein B'nei Yisrael", why does the Torah repeat " ... Kein Asu"?

Sifri: To teach us that the Teme'im themselves did not protest - and left the camp willingly. 1
2.
Oznayim la'Torah: To teach us that the people sent out the Teme'im, not because the Tum'ah was contagious and they were afraid that it might spread, but because Hashem had commanded them to do so - even if it meant sending out their wives, their children or their brothers.
