MATTERS FOR WHICH THERE ARE NO KINUYIM (Yerushalmi Perek 1 Halachah 1 Daf 1b)

והלא הערכין והחרמין והתמורות והקדישות בפרשה היו ולא תנינן כינויי ערכין וכינוי תמורות והקדשות.

Question: Erchin, Charamim Temuros and Hekdeshos were in the Parshah, and we did not teach Kinuyei Erchin and Kinuyei Temuros and Hekdeshos!

Note: Even though there are Kinuyim for 'Korban', we do not find Kinuyim for the word 'Hekdesh.'

Answer: If they would be taught - what would be taught? Erpin. Ertzin, Erkin? Temufah, Tamarnah, Temukah? Hegder, Hegzer, Hegrems? (The question was according to the opinion that Kinuyim are Nochri expressions, and we do not find such Nochri expressions. (PNEI MOSHE) According to the opinion that Chachamim invented Kinuyim lest people say 'Korban la'Shem', it was not common to say Hash-m's name with these words (SHIREI KORBAN). Surely Chachamim would not enact Kinuyim for Temurah, which is an Aveirah! (PF) Perhaps the Makshan asked about Erchin and Hekdesh according to everyone, and about Temurah according to the opinion that they are Nochri expressions.)

ניחא כמאן דאמר סתם חרמים לבדק הבית. ברם כמאן דאמר סתם חרמים לכהנים. ולמה לא תנינן כינויי תרומה.

Question: This is fine for the opinion that Stam Cherem is to Bedek ha'Bayis. However, according to the opinion that Stam Cherem is to Kohanim, why were [Kinuyim for Cherem taught, but] Kinuyim for Terumah not taught?

ואילין תנינן מה הוינן מיתני תרופה תרוצה תרוקה.

Answer: If they would be taught - what would be taught? Terufah. Terutzah, Terukah?
