Rashi (from Tanchuma Korach 7): Did I take an ox for my work, or a donkey to go from city to city to judge them? I was entitled to take from them!

Rashi: I will return to you [whatever you say that I took].

Malbim: I will return even Kofer [to exempt someone from bodily punishment, even though no one lost through this].
