Why is there is a prefix Hei in both "ha'Aretz" and "ha'Givli"?

Radak: A word is missing. It should say "ha'Aretz Eretz ha'Givli." We find like this "ha'Aron ha'Bris" (3:14).

Rashi: It is what was left in the north to conquer, from east to west. Levo Chamas is the northwest corner of Eretz Yisrael, like it says in Bamidbar (34:8).
