1.

Nazir, 14b & 15a: Refer to 6:4:1:1*.

2)

Is a Nazir Chayav for touching a dead animal - which is also called "Nefesh" (in Emor, Vayikra, 24:18)?

1.

Nazir, 48a: The term Nefesh Meis" is confined to dead people 1 and does not incorporate the carcass of an animal.

2.

No! Because a carcass is called 'Nefesh Beheimah', but not 'Nefesh' S'tam.

1

See Torah Temimah, note 55.

3)

Why is a Nazir not permitted to perform the Mitzvah of burying his deceased relatives?

1.

Seforno: Because it is not correct for him to defile his Kedushah 1 for the sake of a dead person. 2

2.

Ba?al ha?Turim: So that, in the event that the Shechinah rests on him on account of his Nezirus, ne should not be able to attribute it to ?Doresh el ha?Meisim?.

1

Seforno: Which is on a par with that of a Kohen Gadol.

2

Seforno: In similar vein to the Yerushalmi in Pesachim, 3:7 'Is it because there is a shortage of graves in Teverya, that I sent you to Netzivin (to bury the dead there?! I sent you to study Torah!)'.
