Malbim (Melitzah): The Ru'ach tells Hashem, flee to Your supreme abode, for Your cannot join with me constantly due to the colleagues close to me - the levels close to physicality.

How should he resemble a deer or Ofer ha'Ayalim?

Rashi: They are Har ha'Moriyah and the Beis ha'Mikdash, may it be rebuilt speedily on our days!

Seforno: They are Har Tziyon, which was Beis Malchus for Beis David, and Har ha'Bayis, where the Great Sanhedrin sat.
