What is the meaning of "Ki Im Hogah v'Richem"?

Rav Sadya Gaon: If Hashem distanced, He will return and have mercy.

Rashi: If Hashem brings sadness o a person due to his sin, later He will have mercy, "amidst His great Chesed."

Ibn Ezra: It is as if it says Yerachem 1 .

Ri Kara: If He broke, He will return and have mercy.

5.

Palgei Mayim: Even if He saddened [us], we are sure that He will have mercy on us.
