What are His Chesed and Emunah?

1.

Radak: He took Yisrael out of Galus.

2.

Malbim: His Emunah is fulfilling His promise to save them - "Ki l'Shimcha Ten Kavod Al Chasdecha Al Amitecha" (115:1).

2)

Why does it say "Ra'u Kol Afsei Aretz"?

1.

Radak: He took Yisrael out of Galus in front of everyone's eyes.

2.

Malbim: This distinguishes this revelation from the previous - "Saperu va'Goyim Kevodo b'Chol ha'Amim Nifle'osav" (96:3). (a) They did not actually see it, just the intelligent of the nations told. Now, they will actually see. (b) Initially, not all were wise. The lower Nochrim saw only His honor, but not his wonders. Now, all ends of the land will see. (c) They will see the salvation of Elokeinu. A pronoun at the end of Elokim shows the connection and clinging that He has with Yisrael. They will see that this salvation is special, because He is specially our G-d; His Shechinah is in us and His Hashgachah clings to His close nation.
