Radak: They are not amidst the toil that others must do to get their food. They get their food and pleasures without toil.

Malbim (4-5): All others are full of toil and sorrow to find their food and needs - "Adam Le'amel Yulad" (Iyov 5:7). The Resha'im are financed without toil.

What is the meaning of "v'Im Adam Lo Yenuga'u"?

1.

Radak: When plagues and illnesses come on others, the Resha'im are not stricken with them.

2.

Malbim: All people, evils befall them from nature in general, for afflictions in the world, e.g. based on the Tekufos, changing seasons and the Ma'arachah and places. These do not affect the Resha'im!
