Radak: It is like the previous two Mizmorim. One who was crushed in his illness should say it to praise Hashem after he is healed.

Malbim: It is for a miracle that occurred for him when he fled from his enemies. He brought a Korban Todah to thank Hashem for His Chesed, then he publicized Hashem's praise, strength, wonders and Chesed to those who trust in Him. He also prayed for salvation in the future.
