Why does it say "Yisa Brachah

1.

Radak #1: He will take (receive) a gift. Yisa is like "va'Yis'u Lahem Nashim" (Rus 1:4). Brachah is like "Kach Na Brachah me'Es Avdecha" (Melachim II, 5:15).

2.

Radak #2: He will bear a Brachah. Yisa is like "va'Yisa Mas'os me'Es Panav Aleihem" (Bereishis 43:34). Those who ascend in Beis Hashem will bear a Brachah from Hashem.

3.

Malbim: He will receive a Brachah that Hashem will help him, and influence on him power to increase perfection. Brachah is an increase of good that is found.

What is "u'Tzedakah me'Elokei Yish'o"?

1.

Radak: He will save him from all affliction - "me'Elokei Yish'o"!

2.

Malbim: Hashem will put on him an emanation of Ru'ach Kodesh from above, due to supreme Tzedakah, which does not look at all at man's preparation and deeds - "Yedaticha v'Shem v'Gam Matzasa Chen b'Einai" (Shemos 33:12).
