Why does it mention Chayos and Behemos?

Radak: After mentioning the vegetative, it mentions animate that does not speak. Chayah is wild; Behemah is domestic.

Malbim: They were created on day six; Remes and birds were created on day five 1 .

He did not explain why the verse puts first what was created later. Above, it mentioned inanimate before vegetative, like the order in which they were created! And below (11) he says that at the end it mentions man, who was created last! (PF)

What are "Remes"?
