What is "b'His'atef Alai Ruchi "?

1.

Radak: This is like "Nafsham Bahem Tis'atef" (107:5). Amidst great affliction he is crushed and bent, as if part of him is wrapped in part, and the Ru'ach [is wrapped] in the body.

2.

Malbim: I reached the ultimate weakness; my Ru'ach is wrapped in my body, and the bodily powers are gathering to the heart.

What is the meaning of "v'Atah Yadata Nesivasi"?

1.

Rashi: [You know] how many traps are on my path.

2.

Radak: [You know] that I do not go on a bad path, like they do. There is no sin in me; I did not sin against them, and they pursue me.

3.

Malbim: No person knows a path on which I can hide from my pursuers, that they will not recognize me - but You know my path!

3)

On which path does he go?

1.

Radak: Whatever path I go on, they spy after me and set a trap for me.

2.

Malbim: The enemies surrounded him on all sides. He wanted to go to the east, but they set a trap for him there.
