Which chambers does this discuss?

1.

Vilna Gaon: It is all four (two in the north and two in the south). However, only the two "Al Pnei ha'Gizrah" (in the west) were Kadosh to eat there Kodshei Kodoshim.

2.

Malbim: It discusses Lishkos ha'Esrim, which received Kedushas Azarah. Lishkos ha'Me'ah and Lishkos ha'Chamishim were not Kodesh.

2)

Why does it say "ha'Kohanim ha'Kerovim la'Shem"?

1.

Radak: This excludes Arlei Lev and Arlei Basar.

2.

Malbim: These are Bnei Tzadok, who did not serve idolatry. They serve; only one who may serve may eat Kodshei Kodoshim, except for a Ba'al Mum.

3)

It already said Kodshei Kodoshim. Why does it specify Chatas and Asham?

1.

Radak: Kodshei Kodoshim teaches Zivchei Shalmei Tzibur, which also have the law of Chatas and Asham.
