What is "Beis Togarmah"?
Radak: This is like Beis (the congregation of) Yisrael.
Radak citing Targum Yonasan and Yuma 10a: This is the country Germamya.
Why does it say "Yarkesei Tzafon"?
Radak: All of these are Bnei Yefes, who live in the very north.
Malbim: This excludes Togarmah who dwell in Yavan, which pertains to Yishmaelim; they will be with Egypt on the other side.
Who are "Agapav"?
Radak: The soldiers of Togarmah.
Which "Amim Rabim" are with them?
Malbim: Edom and its princes, the nobles of the north and all Tzidonim (32:29-30).
