1)

From when are the years counted?

1.

Radak: This is like it says above (1, the 12th year from Tzidkiyah's kingship, i.e. the year after the Churban).

2)

In which month was this?

1.

Radak: It does not say so here; this relies on what it says above (1 ? it was the 12th month). Malbim ? the previous Nevu'ah was in the first of the 12th month, and this was on the 15th of the month.

3)

What is the content of this Nevu'ah?

1.

Malbim: It is very hidden. Mahari says that it is for the end of days, in the days of Gog and Magog, when all Goyim will gather to Yerushalayim 1 , after Yisrael already dwelled in their land. The Goyim will conquer Yerushalayim. Gog, the Nasi of Meshech and Tuval, from the north and the west (Edom) will come. Meshech and Tuval are Bnei Yefes; they live in Europe, like Yosifun says. Paras, Kush and Put will be with them, and Beis Togarmah; all of them are circumcised, for they have the creed of Yishmaelim. They will gather with Edom to take Eretz Yisrael from Yisrael. When they come, there will be frenzy between them, and Edom and Yishmael will fight each other, for their Emunos differ. Hashem will judge them with the sword and blood, like it says in Zecharyah Perek 14. Here it tells how all will perish. First it mentions Egypt, Ashur and Eilam, which have the creed of Yishmael, and circumcise, and afterwards Meshech, Tuval, Edom and its kings and the princes of the north ? all of them are Arelim. They will fight each other. The first fall will be in Egypt, which is close to Eretz Yisrael; afterwards Ashur and Paras will come to take vengeance, and both sides will fall.

Malbim: This is correct, but he explains Gog and Magog differently. I explain according to my understanding.
