Radak: The matter is repeated in different words. They are the same. The Torah used different expressions to put an extra Lav on one who transgresses (Bava Metzi'a 60b),

What is the meaning of "va'Tevatz'i Re'ayich ba'Oshek"?

Targum Yonasan: You made your beloved rich via theft. Rashi - you oppressed the poor. Radak - you oppressed the weak. Re'ayich are Ashur and Egypt; they bribed them to help them.

Rashi #2: Va'Tevatz'i is an expression of theft, like "u'Votze'a Berech Ni'etz Hashem" (Tehilim 10:3). You steal from your colleagues via oppression.

Malbim: You did not steal only from the weak, rather, also from your colleagues.

Why did they forget Hashem?

Radak #1: They did not trust in Him; or request help from Him, rather, from the nations that eradicate them.

Radak #2: I warned you about all these Aveiros, and you followed your desire and did not remember Me, who commanded about them.
