What is "va'Tutash"?
Rashi: Every Netishah (whether with a Tes or Tav) is something scattered over the entire land.
Malbim: It was uprooted from its place and growth.
Why does it say "b'Chemah"?
Radak: This great Netishah was with great anger. It was taller than all [trees], and it became lower than all ? it was cast to the ground ? "va'Yiteshem Hashem me'Al Admasam b'Af uv'Chemah uv'Ketzef Gadol va'Yashlichem El Eretz Acheres ka'Yom ha'Zeh" (Devarim 29:26).
What does the east wind represent?
Rashi: It is Nebuchadnetzar. Radak - Melech Bavel is compared to the east wind, which is hot, and dries. Also, Bavel is northeast of Eretz Yisrael.
Malbim: They are Nebuchadnetzar's troops, who came from northeast of Eretz Yisrael.
What does drying the fruit represent?
Rashi: He slaughtered Tzidkiyah's sons.
Malbim: This is a Mashal for the captives who died on the way [to Bavel]. Since they were uprooted from their place, automatically they dried.

Radak: The Daliyosav mentioned.
What strong staff will fire consume?
Radak: It is the king, i.e. Tzidkiyah. Malbim ? they blinded his eyes.
