How will they glorify the place of His Mikdash?

Radak: They will be used to build the Beis ha'Mikdash.

Malbim: The place of the Mikdash will be beautified via what people build.

What is the meaning of "u'Mekom Raglai Achabed"?

Radak: The Beis ha'Mikdash is opposite (below) Kisei ha'Kavod. If Kisei ha'Kavod is where He sits, the Beis ha'Mikdash is His footstool. Hashem will honor it, via putting in their hearts to bring [these nice trees].

Malbim: I Myself will honor Kodesh ha'Kodoshim. It will not be honored via people.
