Malbim: Yes. The primary glory of Gevurah is to do Mishpat and save the oppressed. These Giborim vindicate the Rasha due to bribery!

Why are they called "Matzdikei Rasha"?

Radak: The judges vindicate the Rasha in his judgment.

Malbim: His evil is revealed. They do not seek at all a reason to vindicate him. It is clear that it is due to bribery.

What is "Tzidkas Tzadikim"?

Rashi: It was proper to vindicate them. They veer from it, and obligate him in judgment and steal from him.

Why does it say "Tzadikim" (plural) and "Mimenu" (singular)?

Radak: They steal from every Tzadik who comes for Mishpat.
