What is the meaning of "Es Yerivech Anochi Ariv"?

1.

Rashi: I will quarrel Im Yerivech (with your adversary). Radak - Yerivech is To'ar (kind of person). I.e. the one who quarrels with you in Galus; I will save you from amidst them.

2.

Malbim: Do not worry that your master will take you to judgment, like a slave that fled. I will quarrel for you. I will claim that I acquired you first for a slave - "Ki Li Bnei Yisrael Avadim" (Vayikra 25:55).

Why will the Gibor's captives be taken?

1.

Radak: I, Hashem, am stronger than you - I will take them from your hand.

2.

Malbim: Hashem took them from captivity and slavery. Some of Yisrael were Malko'ach (slave) of a Gibor, and some were Shevi Tzedek. Hashem says, not only the Shevi will escape. Rather, even Shevi Gibor, that a strong master guards him, since he was taken improperly, via force, he will be taken forcibly from his captor.

Why does it say "u'Malko'ach Aritz Yimalet"?

1.

Radak citing his father: You say that you captured them justifiably. This is wrong! A tyrant took them via force, and not according to Mishpat.

2.

Malbim: Malko'ach is what an enemy takes for itself, for slaves. Shevi is in the land where he was captured; he is not taken to [the enemy's land] for a slave. Malko'ach cannot escape, for he is under his master's Reshus. Only he can be taken via force - one uses him for a slave, illegally. This is if his master is weak. If he is strong, one cannot take effect the slave. Aritz is stronger than Gibor; even so, his slave will escape on his own (not via a stronger party).
