Why does it say "Anochi Anochi Hashem"?

1.

Radak: The repetition strengthens the matter. The same applies to "Ani Ani Hu" (Devarim 32:39). Hashem refers to His essential Emes. I am the source of everything found; all is found due to Me, and no one saves other than Me, i.e. without My desire. I saved you several times, and I will save you further, and no one stops me.

2.

Radak citing Ibn Ezra: I do not change. Therefore, I will save at all times.

3.

Malbim: The early idolaters said that a different god controls every natural power, and one must serve each when he needs what is under its control. Rather, I alone am found; I rule over everything.
