Why does it say "Elokeichem] Nakam Yavo"?

Rashi: This is like b'Nakam Yavo.

Radak: He will come La'asos Nakam (to avenge).

Malbim: He will come in the way of vengeance against the Nochrim. Therefore, he must wait until their measure (of liability) is full.

What is "Gemul Elokim"?

1.

Rashi: It is payment (punishment) of Resha'im; it will come and save you.

2.

Radak: He will save you from Galus. Malbim - this will be the reward for your deeds. Therefore it delays until you will be worthy.
