Rashi: They are healthy (fat) bulls, like "Abirei Vashan Kiteruni" (Tehilim 22:13).

Radak: Refer to 34:6:4:2.

Malbim: (6): This is a metaphor for Giborim and officers.

Why does it say "v'Rivesah Artzam"?

Malbim: A land fat from Chelev will not absorb blood. Rather, first it will be satiated from blood, and afterwards the earth above will become fat from Chelev. The Nimshal is, first He will kill Edom - "Cherev la'Shem Mele'ah Dam" (6). Afterwards, He will conquer Batzrah - "Hudashnah me'Chelev" (6).
