Presumably, 'them' refers to their [wealth from] Oshek and theft, mentioned above. Radak did not mention the Egyptians, only their king, which is singular. (PF)

Radak: The matter of Nevi'ei Hashem, who rebuke you to go on the good path.

What is "[Oshek] v'Naloz"?

Rashi: Derogatory and frivolous.

Malbim: Oshek is Bein Adam l'Chavero. Naloz is Bein Adam la'Makom.

How do they trust in "Oshek v'Naloz"?

Radak: They trust in their wealth, which is from Oshek and theft. They send it for a bribe to Melech Mitzrayim, and rely on him to help them against Melech Ashur - "Yis'u Al Kesef Ayarim Cheileihem" (6).

Why does it add "va'Tisha'anu Alav"?

Malbim: Not only did you rely on Oshek v'Naloz in the heart, rather, also for a strong support in practice.
