What is the meaning of "Yasur Subalo"?

1.

Malbim: He will not need to give to him the tax, and he will cast off his yoke, and not need to be submissive under him.

2)

What do we learn from "v'Chubal Ol Mipnei Shemen"?

1.

Rashi: The yoke of Sancheriv was broken due to the oil that Chizkiyah burned in Batei Kenesiyos and Batei Medrash; he enticed Yisraelim to learn at night - "Asher Hetiku Anshei Chizkiyah..." (Mishlei 25:1). Sanhedrin 94b - he stuck a sword at the entrance of the Beis Medrash and declared that anyone who will not learn will be stabbed. Everyone was learned (refer to 7:25:3:1**).

2.

Rashi: Sancheriv, the yoke, will be wounded due to Chizkiyah, who was pleasant for his generation like oil.

3.

Radak: The yoke of Sancheriv will be ruined due to Chizkiyah's oil. Normally, oil on the ox' neck is ruined due to the yoke in it! Based on nature, Sancheriv, the majority, should have destroyed Yisrael. Hashem made the oil stronger than the yoke.

4.

Targum Yonasan: Nations will be broken in front of Mashi'ach, i.e. Chizkiyah. Even though he was not anointed with oil, for we do not anoint a Melech Ben Melech, he was proper to be anointed, just there was no need to do so.

5.

Malbim: When the ox' neck is thick, and the yoke is too narrow to span it, they break the yoke, lest it ruin the neck. So Chizkiyah's merit was great; Ashur's yoke was too small to conatin and stop the power of this merit. Perforce, the yoke will be broken in front of him, and will not stand against him.
