Rashi: This is like Lehagid (to tell). Radak - it is pronounced Lehagid, but also the Kesiv (Lagid) is correct. Sometimes the Hei is omitted from the Makor (infinitive, of Hifil), e.g. "Lashmi'a b'Kol Todah" (Tehilim 26:7) is like Lehashmi'a, "Lar'oschem" (Devarim 1:33) is like Lehar'oschem, and similar verses.
