What did Pharaoh mean when he said to Yosef, "Tishma Chalom Liftor Oso"?

1.

Rashi and Targum Onkelos: "You listen carefully to dreams in order to interpret them.

2.

Rashbam: You understand dreams and know how to interpret them.

3.

Seforno: You understand dreams and interpret them based on the Chochmah of interpretation, and not randomly.

4.

Targum Yonasan: If you hear a dream, you can interpret it.

5.

Ohr ha'Chayim: "Leimor" teaches that you yourself said that you can interpret. Presumably, Sar ha'Mashkim would not lie. Alternatively, Sarim would not tell their dreams to him had they not heard him say that he can interpret. You have no excuse to say that you cannot!

6.

Malbim: You interpret based on the dream alone, and interpret it immediately, without hearing about the person, his conduct and nature or astrology.

7.

Ha'amek Davar: You do not hear dreams like people like to hear wondrous things without benefit, rather, in order to explain them.

2)

Why did he say "u'Foser Ein Oso"?

1.

Malbim: No one interpreted the two dreams like one (refer to 41:8:3:2).

3)

Why did Pharaoh say, "va'Ani Shama'ti"?

1.

Ha'amek Davar: I understood so. Some heard and did not understand or believe. I understand and believe that a Ru'ach from above rests on you.
