How did Hashem find Avraham's heart to be faithful?
Malbim: He passed all the tests, and remained faithful to his G-d.

Why does it say "Ki Tzadik Atah"?
Rashi: It was not unjust to take the land from them - "b'Rish'as ha'Goyim ha'Eleh Hashem Elokecha Morisham Mipanecha."
