What are Kesil and Kimah?

Rashi: They are Mazalos.

Ibn Ezra: They are two big stars. One is in the left end of the Galgal ha'Noteh 1 , and the other is in the south end. Ash is in the north of the big Galgal.

Devar Eliyahu: They and Ash are Mazalos. Cold, heat and rain come from them.

What are "Chadrei Seman"?

Rashi: It is to enter Sufah there - "Min ha'Cheder Tavo Sufah."

Ibn Ezra: They are stars in the south of the big Galgal. Because the Yishuv 1 is in the left, those stars are not seen. Therefore, they are called Chadrei, as if they are in a hidden place.

3.

Devar Eliyahu: When Hashem wants to bring punishments on the world, a Ru'ach comes from there. This is only sporadically.
