Why does it say "va'Shem Aleihem Yera'eh"?
Rashi citing Sefer Yosifun 8: At that time, a wonder was seen for Anshei Yerushalayim.
Radak: Hashem will fight for them.
Malbim: This refers to the Macabees' war - Hashem appeared on them to save them.
What is the meaning of "v'Yatza cha'Barak Chitzo"?
Malbim: They will draw the bow, from which will come Hashem's arrow like lightning to destroy the Yevanim.
Will Hashem blow a Shofar?
Rashi: He will make thunder.
Radak: It will be as if He blows a Shofar, like the way of fighters.
Malbim: This will be in the final war of Gog and Magog. He will blow a Shofar to gather those who were cast to the four corners of the world - "v'Hayah ha'Yom ha'Hu Yitaka b'Shofar Gadol u'Va'u ha'Ovedim b'Eretz Ashur..." (Yeshayah 27:13)
What do we learn from "b'Sa'aros Teiman"?
Rashi #1: He will storm (agitate) the people of Teiman, i.e. Antiyochas' army.
Rashi #2: Some say that this refers to Edom, in the future.
Radak: He will come like a storm against Bnei Yavan - "Hashem b'Sufah uvi'S'arah Darko" (Nachum 1:3). It mentions Teiman, for it is the southern side - from there comes a storm wind - "Min ha'Cheder Tavo Sufah" (Iyov 37:9). This is the south wind - "v'Chadrei Teiman" (ibid. 9:9). Yonason translates 'He will take a southern storm wind.'
Malbim: This will be against the army of Gog, which will come from the north. He will bring opposite them a storm wind from the south to confound and destroy them.
