What does the verse teach?
1.
Radak: Happy is one who trusts in You, and his heart does not despair during the long Galus. He trusts that You will take him out of Galus and build Your Beis ha'Mikdash and bring him there, the place for which Nefashos long.
2.
Malbim: In any case we should trust that He will redeem us and build His Beis ha'Mikdash - "Ashrei Adam Oz Lo Vach" (verse 6).
