Rashi: Barak defeated him. Radak - it was in Nachal Kishon, like it says "Nachal Kishon Gerafam" (Shoftim 5:21). Malbim - also this was via a panic that Hashem sent among them - "va'Yaham Hashem Es Sisera... Lifnei Varak" (Shoftim 4:15).
