What will satiate them?
1.
Rashi: Honey from a rock, if they will go in His ways. This is like "va'Yenikehu Devash mi'Sela" (Devarim 32:13).

Radak: Honey is a metaphor for delicacies of the land - "va'Yenikehu Devash mi'Sela v'Shemen me'Chalmish Tzur." Sela and Tzur refer to strong places, i.e. spoils of the great ones and delicacies of the kings that He will subdue in front of them.
3.
Malbim: Even a dry rock, honey will flow from it due to the great Brachah - "va'Yenikehu Devash mi'Sela v'Shemen me'Chalmish Tzur."
