Why does the Torah say "Milu'im Heim le'Re'ach Nicho'ach"?

1.

Moshav Zekenim: Hashem was happy and made a Yom Tov because He acquired the beloved that He chose. Hashem did not have a day like this from the day of creation. We learn from a Gezeirah Shavah "Vay'hi ba'Yom [ha'Shemini]- Vay'hi [Erev Vay'hi Voker] Yom [Echad]" (Megilah 10b). If a mortal king who acquires a friend makes a Yom Tov, how much more so 1 the King of kings who established a Kohen and chose him to serve Him.

Why is this all the more so? A mortal king needs friends and advisors, but Hashem does not need anything! Perhaps it is because a mortal king cannot know his friend's sincerity, or if he will always be loyal to him, but Hashem knows everything, (PF)
