QUESTIONS ON RASHI

Rashi writes: "'Sacrifice to your G-d, in the land (ba'Aretz)' - [I.e.] at your present location; do not go to the wilderness!" Why explain this way?

Gur Aryeh: We cannot explain that Pharaoh was agreeing to their request (in 5:3) of a three-days' journey, provided that they remained within the (inhabited) land of Egypt. What would that gain? Rather, Pharaoh demanded that the Bnei Yisrael sacrifice within the bounds of their usual dwelling - in Goshen.
