Rashi: Are we not Your nation?!

Radak: They should have said 'we know that no one saves except for You.'

Malbim: We know that the evil came from You with Hashgachah, to punish for sinning against You.

Why does it say "Yisrael" at the end of the verse?

Rashi: The verse should be re-arranged ? Li Yiz'aku Yisrael Elokai Yeda'anucha. Radak ? many verses are like this, e.g. "Makom Sham Kever" (Yechezkel 39:11, is like Mekom Kever Sham).
