Targum Yonasan: Gunva. Rashi - this is a garment. He similarly translates "va'Techasehu ba'Semichah" (Shoftim 4:18) as b'Gunva.

Rashi: This was to chill him [Radak, Malbim - so he will die. He said that it is to cure him. Malbim - he understand from the Navi's words that he should kill him.]
