Who fathered the men in this verse?
1.
'Rashi': Beri'ah fathered Refach, Refach fathered Reshef and Telach; Telach (or perhaps Reshef) fathered Tachan.

Malbim: Beri'ah fathered all of them. This is why each of them has the prefix Vov.
3.
Malbim: According to the opinion that Bnei Efrayim left 30 years too early, Beri'ah did not father them. (Refer to 7:21:2:1 and the note there.)
