What is the meaning of "v'Achoso ha'Moleches"?

1.

Redak: Gil'ad's sister ruled over part of the land of Gil'ad. The Torah does not say so, but there was a tradition. Because she was distinguished, her lineage is mentioned.

2.

Vilna Gaon: Shufam's sister's name was ha'Moleches.

3.

Malbim: She ruled over 23 cities in Gil'ad given to her for a dowry.

2)

Who was her husband?

1.

Vilna Gaon: It was Gil'ad. Bamidbar 26:30, 32 listed among his sons I'ezer, Chelek and Shemida - here they are called Avi'ezer, Machlah and Ish Hod.

2.

Malbim #1: It was Ya'ir ben Seguv mentioned above (2:21-23). Seguv was born to Chetzron ben Peretz from Bas Machir, without Kidushin. Therefore his lineage was not attributed to Yehudah, rather, to Machir, his mother's father. Seguv fathered Ya'ir and gave to him a wife from Shevet Menasheh, and he received a dowry of 23 cities in Gil'ad. Ezra explained here that she was Gil'ad's sister. Ya'ir married his grandmother's sister; Rabanan forbade this only later.

3.

Malbim #2: She was Chetzron's wife, and Seguv was their son. She also bore the three sons in our verse, from another man.
