Sifra: To teach us that Zivchei Shalmei Tzibur may only be eaten by male Kohanim.

Sifra: It precludes the Korban Todah and the Eil Nazir from the Dinim of Kodshei Kodashim. 1

In spite of the fact that they may only be eaten for one day and a night ? like Kodshei Kodshim (ha'Torah ve'ha'Mitzvah).
