What are the connotations of the phrase "asher Yakriv la'Hashem"?

1.

Oznayim la'Torah: The Torah is pointing out that, although most of Parshas Tzav deals with the Dinim of the Kohanim, 1 the current Parshah of Shelamim is dealing with the person who brings the Shelamim and the Torah to Hashem.

Refer to 6:2:1:1.

2)

What do we learn from "ve'Zos Toras Zevach ha'Shelamim"?

1.

Moshav Zekenim: It follows "Ish ke'Achiv" to teach that if two engage in Torah together, they become like brothers. Even if they are argumentative, "es va'Hev be'Sufah" - in the end, they become Ohavim (lovers - Kidushin 30b).

2.

Moshav Zekenim (in Pasuk 12, citing Kidushin 53a): : It follows "Ish ke'Achiv" to teach that just as Kohanim may not trade Kodshei Kodashim, so too, may they not trade Kodshim Kalim. 1

3.

Moshav Zekenim (in Pasuk 20): This is the Din concerning those who Shecht (Zove'ach) their Yeitzer ha'Ra to be complete (Shalem) in Hashem's ways. "Im al Todah Yakrivenah" - the primary part of Teshuvah is Hoda'ah (confession) - "u'Modeh ve'Ozev Yerucham." "Chalos Matzos Belulos" - he should engage in Torah, Nevi'im and Kesuvim. "Belulos ba'Shemen" - they are mixed with the six orders of the Mishnah, Tosefta and Agadata. "Rekikei Matzos" - this refers to "Ach" and "Rak", which are exclusions, which are spread out in the Torah and expound; and "Soles Murbeches" refers Shir ha'Shirim, which is fine flour sifted more (choicer) than other Seforim (Yadayim 3:5). 2

4.

Refer to 6:2:4:2*.

5.

Zevachim, 120b: It teaches us to equate the Din of a Bamah Ketanah (a private Bamah) with that of the Bamah Gedolah ? in Nov, Giv'on and Gilgal) - regarding eating a Todah for one day and one night 3

1

Moshav Zekenim: The author of S'tam Sifra (Beraisos that explain Vayikra) is R. Yehudah, who Darshens Semuchim only in Devarim! This is not Semuchim, rather, a Hekesh. (A Hekesh is only within the same Pasuk! Perhaps he means that the Pasuk mentions Todah, and kinds of bread, which are like a Minchah. - PF). Tosfos states that the 'Vav' (in "ve'Zos Toras Zevach ha'Todah") is 'Mosif al Inyan Rishon'. Or, it is Muchach (evident that we need to Darshen Semuchim here). He holds that Devarim is different, because it is basically superfluous. However, it is astounding that the Gemara did not say that R. Yehudah agrees when it is Muchach and/or superfluous!

Moshav Zekenim elaborates with similar D'rashos.
