What is the meaning of "Yechabel"?
Rashi: It is an expression of pregnancy and birth, like "Shamah Chiblasecha Imecha" (Shir ha'Shirim 8:5).
Radak: Thoughts of the heart are compared to pregnancy. When they are carried out in words or deed, this is like birth contractions or birth, respectively.
Malbim: He describes the preparation, intent and action of Resha'im as if semen was absorbed, conception occurred and a baby was born.
Why does it say "v'Harah Amal v'Yalad Sheker"?
Rashi: Everything that he gives birth to and toils, it is all Sheker, for he will not carry it out. An adage for this is 'whatever Sheker begets, it bears deficiency' (Shocher Tov).
Radak: He thinks about sin, and carries it out in words and deed. Aven, Amal and Sheker are the same matter.
Malbim: The seed and pregnancy was sin, but at the time of birth Sheker is born. I.e. this is not the child that was intended in his act; it was reversed for his evil.
