Radak: What does your fasting and eating do for Me? You fast for your sins, and you eat and drink for your benefit. It is all for you. The fasting and eating are not for My honor.

Malbim: Only "Atem ha'Ochelim v'Atem ha'Shosim" - I do not. Therefore, neither eating nor fasting will be aroused corresponding to it.
