What is the significance of "va'Ani ba'Shem Atzapeh"?

1.

Rashi: The Navi says so.

2.

Radak: The Navi speaks on behalf of Yisrael, like it says afterwards "Al Tismechi Oyavti Li" (8). After Michah said words of punishment, he concluded his Nevu'ah with consolation. Even though I will be exiled from my land for my sins, I look to Hashem to take me out of Galus.

3.

Malbim: Based on the lowliness of this generation and its corruption, and its bad situation and level in the society and house, there is no hope now, just I am Metzapeh in Hashem. Metzapeh is for the far future. I am Metzapeh for His promise to redeem us at the end of days.

2)

Why does it add "Ochilah lEi'lokei Yish'i"?

1.

Radak: The matter is repeated.

2.

Malbim: My hope for the redemption at the end of days has two aspects. (a) He hopes and waits for the deadline for Yeshu'ah ? the redemption must come then in any case. Yichol is for something guaranteed to come, like morning must come when night finishes. (b) Refer to 7:7:3:2.

3)

Why does it say "Yishma'eni Elokai"?

1.

Radak: I trusted in Him that He will hear me in Galus.

2.

Malbim: The salvation can come before the fixed time if they will repent, seek His face and it will be a time of Ratzon ? "b'Es Ratzon Anisicha uv'Yom Yeshu'ah Azarticha" (Yeshayah 49:8). May Hashem hear my Tefilah for this!
