What do we learn from "Yelachachu Afar ka'Nachash"?
Radak: They will lick the earth of the feet of Yisrael, like a snake that goes on its stomach; it licks the earth ? this is its food.
Why does it add "k'Zochalei Eretz"?
Rashi: These are snakes that creep on their stomachs in the earth of the land.
Radak #1: The matter is repeated in different words.
Radak #2: This refers to other species that creep on the land, like worms. So [the nations] will bow in front of Yisrael.
Malbim: A snake sometimes lifts its head 1 .

What is the meaning of "Yirgezu mi'Misgeroseihem"?
Rashi: They will tremble amidst pressure of their ropes and confinement.
Radak: Those who are closed in their cities due to fear of Yisrael, there they will tremble.
Malbim: They will be unlike Zochalei Eretz, which can creep in any direction they want. The will be closed in their cities due to fear that Hashem will cast on them.
Why will they fear Hashem Elokeinu?
Radak: They will know that there is no [G-d] other than Him.
Malbim: Hashem will put it on them. It is not fear of war and mass killing, rather, of His grandeur.
Whom will they fear?
Radak: Yisrael. The Yud of the root is omitted. The Yud of the conjugation has a minor accent 1 .
Malbim: They will fear you (Yisrael), for Hashem is withl you.
A minor accent is two syllables before the main accent. We infer that the Sheva under the Reish is a Sheva Na (as if both Yud's were written), so it is a syllable. Yir'u from the root Ra'ah (to see) properly has only one Yud, so the Sheva under the Reish is a Sheva Nach. (PF)
