Why does it say "v'Atah Shma Devar Hashem"?

1.

Radak: I prophesized also about you in particular.

2.

Malbim: Now he had a new Nevu'ah that he did not have before ? Yisrael will be exiled from their land.

2)

What is the meaning of "v'Lo Satif"?

1.

Rashi: It is an expression of Nevu'ah. This is common in Tanach, e.g. "v'Hatef El Darom" (Yechezkel 21:2).

2.

Radak: Do not speak. This is like "v'Hayah Matif ha'Am ha'Zeh", "Al Tatifu Yatifun" (Michah 2:11, 6).

3.

Radak citing Targum Yonasan: Do not teach.

4.

Malbim: This is a lower level than Nevu'ah. Even if you intend to rebuke them and improve them, do not.

3)

Why does it say "Al Beis Yischak"?

1.

Radak: This is like it said "v'Nashamu Bamos Yischak" (9). I prophesized about Malchus Yaravam. They make their Bamos to idols, and you say that I should not prophesize about them in their land?! Hashem sent me ? I will not refrain due to your words!

2.

Malbim: Yischeku (they will laugh) and mock your rebuke.

Sefer: Perek: Pasuk:
