What do they not say to their hearts?

1.

Rashi: That all their evil is written in front of Me for a remembrance.

2.

Radak: That I remember all their evil.

3.

Malbim: When they suffered evils, they thought that I remember their evil and punish them. Therefore, their evil was not so revealed. When I wanted to heal them, and I widened their border, they do not say that I remember all their evil. They think that I forgot it and I will not punish. Therefore, they sin openly.
