Malbim: Refer to 62:1:3:1. Even idolaters will recognize your virtue, and the truth of your Emunah and Torah, and all the more so kings, who are wiser, will. Kings will recognize that your honor is greater than theirs, and all the more so Goyim (commoners) will.
