Rashi: It is the name of a place. Malbim - we find a city Kefirah in Binyamin's portion (Yehoshua 18:26).

Ibn Ezra: It is one of the Kefarim (villages). This is like "va'Yikaver b'Arei ha'Gil'ad" (in one of them).
